After visiting patagonia in Argentina a couple of years ago, I became obsessed with cooking outside, off-grid. When i saw Country Fire Kitchen was making the equipment in the UK, I couldn't resist.
Here's the video of an engagement party we catered in Dublin for our best friends in 2019. On the menu was full lambs 'a la crux', pork belly, smoked cauliflower, chapa chicken wings and lots of BBQ veg salads. We can now offer this option as part of our wedding and private party options.
