1st Course: Cedar plank salmon, mildly pickled cabbage, aioli, dill
2nd Course: Rescoldo beetroot, whipped goats cheese, basil chimichurri.
Main Course: Lamb Asador with chapa harissa potatoes, honey & mint carrots and chimichurri.
Dessert: Chapa peach, mascarpone, candied hazelnuts, golden syrup
